Customer Success Manager – Dutch Required

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they get the full value out of Cruit. You’ll guide them through onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption, helping them create thriving recognition programs that truly resonate with their people.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping the foundations of our Customer Success function as we continue to grow across Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow relationships with (key enterprise) customers.
- Drive onboarding, product adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proactively identify customers who can get more from Cruit and create tailored success plans.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure smooth renewals and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Become a product expert; guiding customers in building high-impact recognition and rewards strategies.
- Gather insights from your customers to help shape future product developments.
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support) to deliver a world-class customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
- Proven ability to build scalable success playbooks and customer engagement processes.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English — both written and spoken — is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR tech, employee engagement, or rewards software.
- Previous role as an early hire in a growing startup.
- Technical affinity or experience with SaaS platforms.
