We centralize, optimize, and expand referral programs due to super high mobile-first engagement - with more high quality candidates and a significant decrease in cost-per-hire as a result.

We're looking for a Marketing & Communication Intern to join our team and help us achieve our mission – to unleash the true power of referrals.

In this role, you will be working closely with the founding team to assist in the planning, execution and measurement of customer roll-outs, various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What You'll Achieve:

• Assisting with customer roll-outs by creating internal marketing campaigns based on our Activation Playbook

• Collaborating with the team to develop marketing playbooks and co-define our marketing motion

• Management of our social media accounts and website

• Create marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and social media content

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new ideas

• Liaise with our incredible user base to provide feedback to further improve our customer experience

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• You are a student (or alumni) in Marketing, Communication, Creative Business or similar

• Language proficiency in Dutch and English

• Writing and editing skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• A growth-hacking mindset

• An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity

 Who you are:

• Positive and open-minded attitude

• Happy to work in a start-up (spot and execute company-wide improvements)

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Typeform

• Experience with graphic design and video editing
