Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us achieve our mission – to unleash the true power of referrals.
What You'll Achieve:
Prospect and develop new potential customers by educating contacts about how they can optimize and centralize their referral hiring with Cruit
Hold phone-, video- and live meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
Run product demos to close business at or above quota level
Help build playbooks and co-define our sales motion
Liaise with our incredible user base to provide feedback to further improve our customer experience
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
You have 1+ years of experience in B2B software sales and experience achieving targets in a lead-generation role
Strong language proficiency in Dutch and English
Proven in your written and verbal communication
Able to hit the ground running and add immediate value
An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity

Experience in selling B2B SaaS
