We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us achieve our mission – to unleash the true power of referrals.

What You'll Achieve:

• Prospect and develop new potential customers by educating contacts about how they can optimize and centralize their referral hiring with Cruit

• Hold phone-, video- and live meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals

• Run product demos to close business at or above quota level

• Help build playbooks and co-define our sales motion

• Liaise with our incredible user base to provide feedback to further improve our customer experience

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• You have 1+ years of experience in B2B software sales and experience achieving targets in a lead-generation role

• Strong language proficiency in Dutch and English

• Proven in your written and verbal communication

• Able to hit the ground running and add immediate value

• An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
